Due Dates: January 1 and July 1

• $210.00 — Semi-Annual
• $420.00 — Annual

Please note the following online payment adjustments to cover PayPal fees:

• Semi-Annual Payment: $210.00 + $8.05 = $218.05
• Annual Payment: $420.00 + $15.04 = $435.04

Late fees (plus additional online processing fees) will apply after due dates.

Need to Pay a Custom Amount?

If you’ve been instructed to pay a different amount (e.g. for late fees or partial payments), select:

• “Custom Amount ($1 increments)” from the dropdown menu
• Then enter the total amount owed as the quantity, including a 3.5% online processing fee

Example:

• If your total amount due is $100:
  • Add 3.5% processing fee: $100 × 1.035 = $103.50
  • Enter quantity 104
• If your total amount due is $225:
  • $225 × 1.035 = $232.875 → Round up and enter quantity 233

Be sure to include the 3.5% fee and round up if needed.  Any overages will be credited to the account.  Contact the HOA if you're unsure how much to pay.
